Four little steps that everyone can do!

Come join me as we climb the mountain of health and well being.

Hey, how are you today? Nice to see you again!

I’m so glad you’re back.

I’m planning to post regularly on Monday mornings.

I’ve been praying for you, dear sister.

Praying that God will help you as you take these little steps.

Every little step makes a difference!

You’re here reading this information today and that’s a good little step!

For those of you who would like to get climbing right away,

here’s a sneak peak at the 4 little steps.

   You will continue to eat the same foods.

You will switch to a smaller size plate and bowl for your meals and snacks.

You may need to go to the Dollar store

and buy a few smaller plates and bowls just for you and this small step.

 If you are not currently physically active you need to move your body

in an enjoyable way for 10 minutes everyday.

Set a timer and do chair exercise

or walk inside your home for two 5 minute periods, as a start.

If you are already physically active

it’s still 10 minutes of intentional exercise everyday.

You choose what works for you!


We have lots of negative thoughts in our minds

regarding our success with our health and well-being.

We will exchange them with positive thoughts.

Put this statement somewhere where you will see it

and say it out loud often.


I can make small changes.

These little steps are easy for me to do and they make a difference.

Taking care of me is important!

and He wants you to take care of it.

Pray throughout your day and ask for His help

and strength as you take these little steps.

Claim the power available in the Bible.

Choose a verse, memorize it,

put it on your computer and your phone,

and meditate on it.

Here’s a good verse to use to get started.

“Isaiah 41:13 For I am the LORD, your God,

who takes hold of your right hand

and says to you, “Do not fear, I will help you.”

That’s a sneak peak at the 4 little steps.

Little steps that make a difference and are easy to do!
