Be intentional! Choose only your favorite sweet or savoury treats.
Slow down and savor every bite of the treat.
If it’s not a 10, it’s not worth it!
Keep using that smaller plate for main courses, especially Christmas day.
Drink 5 cups of water a day.
Find time to exercise everyday.
Relax and enjoy the change of pace and the break from routine!
