It seems so easy, but getting to bed earlier is hard for some of us. Before I go to bed I like to check Pinterest for a few new ideas and before I know it it’s been ½ an hour. It is such a waste of precious sleep time and for what?

My goal is to wind down earlier in the evening. It’s going to take some discipline, as I want to be asleep before 11, not going to bed at 11.
Today’s little step: Start winding down earlier in the evening. Go to bed 15 minutes earlier.
